This is my new favorite thing to have in the fridge at all times. A super flavorful, drizzle-on-anything sauce that happens to be dairy free, gluten free, and sugar free. It all gets tossed in a blender, blitzed, then into a jar to store in the fridge. So easy!
Ideas for drizzling and dipping:
Soba noodle salad with veggies
Dip for cucumbers and crunchy veggies
Grilled chicken or shrimp
Jazz up any steamed vegetable
Thin with some water for an amazing salad dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 garlic cloves
1 (1 inch) piece of ginger
a dash of something hot (Sriracha, chili paste, etc)

Place everything into a blender. Blend until super smooth
Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
