Grape & Rosemary Cornmeal Cake
Makes 16 squares
You can treat this recipe like you would a cornbread or a snacking cake. Serve it alongside a roast chicken dinner or put out small squares with cheese as an appetizer. Then sneak into the fridge at 10pm and put a pat of butter on top and drizzle with honey.
1 ¼ cups cornmeal
¾ cup all purpose flour
⅓ cup sugar
