Greek-ish Chicken Meatballs

Makes about 20 golf ball sized meatballs

Notes: 

Ground chicken: you can totally just use whatever you find at the grocery store. But if you have access to a butcher I recommend paying them a visit. I like to ask my butcher to grind half white meat chicken and half dark. The half dark meat really adds moisture to the mix.
