• 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

• 1 teaspoon anchovy paste ( 1 1 large anchovy)

• 1 garlic clove lightly smashed

• Juice of 1 lemon

• Zest of ½ a lemon

• Zest of ½ an orange

• ½ teaspoon salt

Grilled Radicchio:

• 1 head of radicchio

• 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
