Got peaches? Me too! This time of year I’m looking for every kind of way to use them up. Here’s an easy tray bake that has roasted peaches swirled through a tahini laced batter. You’ll end up with extra of the roasted peach sauce, and that’s a good thing! It’s delicious. Save it for swirling into yogurt, eating with whipped cream or spreading on toast.
