hi Ashley! It really all depends on how big your potatoes are. For instance if you have baby ones that you cut in half and are only roasting one cut side, then I'd say around 20 minutes. but if you have bigger potatoes, bigger chunks and more surface are then you'll need to toss them and get a few sides crispy, so I'd say more like 35-40 for that. But the visual of golden brown, crispy potatoes will cue you that they are ready to come out. Because, remember, they are already cooked from the boiling part!
I am so happy I am not a perfectionist ..I would never have written books or made art.I plan to take this 67 year old body and jump in a lake this summer ! Heck maybe even in a two piece!
The potatoes look fantastic. Any idea of roasting time for them? Is it closer to 10 min or 30?
